Do I really need a helmet?

Eureka! I finally got a chain for my bike today so I can take it out of the back seat or my car! "Do you have a bell?" The clerk laughed. "OK, then how about a horn?" Nope. "Streamers?" Strike 3! So, looks like the old clothespin and baseball card for me!

I peddled and peddled and peddled but got nowhere. Felt like Steve Martin in "The Jerk", hitch-hiking in front of his house for hours. Darn that chain! I have a handy neighbor I'll have to bat my eyelashed at a bit!
