Don't be a Dick!
I actually have the T-shirt.
See Dick Drink,
See Dick Drive,
See Dick Die.
Don't Be a Dick.
However, it is packed away with my summer clothes in the back of a closet somewhere. Please have fun this New Year's Eve and above all else, be safe.
A sobering link

Best Ornament Ever!
You can click on the title link to sign the petition to Free the Elves. (ha! just playin') But quite frankly, it does make a point. I'm sure these little guys don't make near enough money. And do you really think the fat man pays overtime? Very doubtful. So, if we can't free them at least be sure and give 'em a big hug next time they cross your path. I'm sure they work very hard.

Paying it Forward
I received
these cards not once, not twice but three times last week. It's an interesting website and I signed up for their 42 day experiment and receive a daily e-mail. It's been a nice way to start the day and I know I'll have at least ONE e-mail every morning. At least for 42 days! But seriously, it's an interesting "movement" and I'm curious to see where it goes. You can, of course, make purchases, but none are necessary and I have bought nothing. They claim to have 130 countries active now and just around 1/4 million people. One of those things that make you go hm.....................
UPDATE: Sunday, 12/18/05
105,529 have joined in the 42 day experiment since it began 26 days ago. 309,774 have viewed the
movie.

I'll have my people call your people
Just so I understand this. You want me to buy rental space for one week on your blog for oh.....100 credits. For that I'll get 4,5 or if I'm really lucky 8 "unique clicks"? Hm............let me get out my calculator and I'll get back to you on that.
UPDATE: 12/13/05- I put a bid in for another blog I'm on at
this site and it was accepted. Catapillar knows how to do her math. Funny, for some reason Blog Explosion didn't list this blog as one of the "blogs available for rent". Guess they're mad at me.

Fare you well, fare you well..........
Bob Weir
recently said "See ya" to his 6000+ fans who have
boycotted GDM over the recent decisions to pull music from the Archive. OK Bobby - See ya! If someone GAVE me a ticket to see Ratdog I wouldn't even give it away. It will go in the trash. Don't let the door hit you on the way out you, you, you.................
To say I was disappointed would be a drastic understatement. To say I was surprised would be a lie. Phil and Mickey, I love you both. And everyone knows how I feel about Jerry. So hey Billy, how about a word or two?

That's what friends are for!
So when my friend Peter told me he got front row tix for
Government Mule last weekend, I have to admit I was a little jealous. Happy for him though, really. When he left work Friday he shouted "I'll bring you back the set list". I thought that was pretty cool but I knew I could get it off the website. I didn't know he meant he would bring me
THE set list. And there they were on my desk to greet me Monday morning. Right from the stage. Peter, thanks a million!
